This is one of my all-time favorites when I'm craving a huge Big Mac but don't want the calories (or don't want to drive!). You've probably seen this recipe before, but I've made some tweaks to perfect it!

Ingredients

Serves 1

6 oz. lean ground beef (or try a 4 oz. Beyond Meat burger patty for a plant-based alternative)

Salt and pepper for seasoning

3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce

½ cup chopped white onion

½ cup chopped dill pickles

½ cup chopped tomato

2 Tbsp. Walden Farms® Thousand Island dressing

Light Homemade Thousand Island Dressing

Serves 1

2 tsp olive-oil mayonnaise

2 tsp reduced-sugar ketchup

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp water

1 tsp dill relish or chopped pickle

Dahs of granulated garlic

Dash of onion powder

Dash of smoked paprika

Directions

Cook ground beef in a non-stick skillet, seasoning well with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Place remaining salad ingredients in a serving bowl, and top with cooked beef.

Drizzle with salad dressing and enjoy!
